Bilingual Contact Center Representative - Full time or Part Time
Through incoming phone calls, and other digital channels of communication, our Contact Center Representative (CCR) process and answer customer requests while providing excellent service that results in customer loyalty. The CCRs provide great service and accurate processing, while adhering to established Bank policies, procedures, and objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service.
  • Accurate and efficient processing of various teller transactions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities through needs-based conversations.
  • Resolves customer inquiries using problem solving skills while following bank procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years’ experience as a teller or in new accounts
  • Comfortable on camera while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail.
