We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Client Services & Growth Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in coordinating services across multiple business lines, including property inspections and pest control.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with clients in both Chinese and English. This position also supports business growth by identifying client needs and introducing relevant services when appropriate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Chinese and English
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests across multiple business lines
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth client experience
- Proactively follow up with clients to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and maintain ongoing relationships
- Actively identify opportunities to introduce additional services and recommend solutions that support client needs and drive overall business growth
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and service details in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows, communication efficiency, and overall service quality
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service, coordination, or administrative experience is a plus
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
