Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts while taking calls. You will be responsible for helping patients with payments and answering billing questions over the phone.

No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities:

-Work within the healthcare software system to:

  • Receive & make calls to discuss accounts with past due balances
  • Take payments over the phone
  • Establish payment plans
  • Document and update patients' accounts based on interactions
  • Identifying patients' needs and provide information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry is a plus!
  • Previous experience with contact center systems preferred but not required
  • Familiar with a multi-line phone system preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background test

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
