Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a full time Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative to assist customers (Garage Door Installation Contractors) with orders in our fast-paced office-warehouse.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow an established process to create Sales Orders/Quotes & Invoices and accept payments.
• Provide information to customers in both English and Spanish about products and options in person, via email/chat and on the phone.
• Create/submit daily reports.

Ideal candidates will be professional, friendly, and possess excellent computer & clerical/data entry skills (including 10-key by touch). Inventory, garage door knowledge, accounting, and/or Sage 100/MAS 90 preferred but not required.

Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish) REQUIRED for this position.

Full Time Position. Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
