Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance products, benefits administration, and claims processes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote insurance services, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads.
  • Support sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and managing documentation efficiently.
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans or coverage options.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives aimed at expanding outreach and increasing customer engagement.
  • Develop strong relationships through excellent communication skills, negotiation techniques, and active listening to convert prospects into loyal clients.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish language is essential; excellent communication skills in both languages are required.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
  • Strong analysis skills to evaluate customer needs and identify suitable insurance solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales administration processes and benefits administration is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Experience or interest in marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA guidelines ensuring confidentiality of sensitive client information.
