Bilingual Customer Support - (French Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support (French Speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in both French and English via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong active listening and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting international customers.
• Experience in BPO, customer service, or technical support
