Bilingual Dealership Call Center Representative/ BDC

Carson Nissan Is hiring several Bilingual Call Center Representatives!

Looking for highly motivated, detail oriented and responsible individuals to join our call center where you will make $18.00 per hour plus Bonuses!

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound sales leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
• Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
• Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
• Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
• Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
• Outstanding Customer Service

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Spanish (Preferred)
