Bilingual Delivery Driver - Durable Medical Equipment

Job Summary

Advanced Medical Solutions is seeking a dependable and professional Bilingual (Spanish/English) Delivery Driver to join our Denver team.

This role involves delivering, setting up, and retrieving durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes and healthcare facilities throughout the Denver metro area. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, mechanically inclined, and fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population.

This is more than just driving — this is hands-on patient service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and retrieve medical equipment (oxygen, hospital beds, wheelchairs, CPAPs, etc.)
• Provide clear equipment instructions to patients and caregivers in Spanish and English
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain required signatures
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine inspections
• Follow company safety protocols and HIPAA guidelines
• Communicate with dispatch and office staff regarding delivery schedules
• Assist with warehouse responsibilities as needed

QualificationsRequired:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken required; reading/writing preferred)
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift and maneuver 75+ lbs regularly
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred:

• Prior delivery or route driving experience
• Experience in medical equipment, home health, or healthcare
• Basic mechanical or assembly skills

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, and maneuvering equipment
• Driving throughout the Denver metro area
• Entering patient homes and healthcare facilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.29 – $22.00 per hour (starting at Denver minimum wage; higher pay based on experience)
