Bilingual Dental Assistant / Patient Coordinator (English/Spanish)

About Brush

Brush is a modern, high-energy dental studio built for growth. We're not a corporate chain grinding through patients — we're an independent, tech-forward practice that actually invests in its team. We're opening in Lawrenceville and we're building our foundation with people who want to grow alongside us, not just show up and clock out.

The Role

We're hiring a Bilingual Dental Assistant / Patient Coordinator — a cross-trained clinical and front office professional who can move fluidly between the operatory and the front desk.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who has been chairside AND understands what it takes to run a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. If you've always been the person your office leaned on for both — this role was written for you.

What You'll Do

Clinical (Dental Assistant):

  • Assist the doctor chairside across general, cosmetic, and emergency procedures
  • Take digital X-rays, prepare operatories, sterilize instruments
  • Support smooth patient flow between clinical and front office

Front Office (Patient Coordinator):

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
  • Check patients in and out — insurance verification, co-pay collection, receipts
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish
  • Follow up with patients for recalls, outstanding treatment, and post-op check-ins
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk environment

Bilingual Patient Support:

  • Serve as the primary Spanish-language liaison for patients with limited English
  • Translate treatment plans, consent forms, and post-op instructions
  • Build trust and rapport with Gwinnett County's Spanish-speaking community

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish required — fluent in both, professional in both
  • Dental Assistant background required — chairside experience is non-negotiable
  • Front office or patient coordinator experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with dental software (Curve, Dentrix, or similar)
  • High energy, organized, and genuinely warm with patients
  • Someone who takes ownership of their section of the practice — clinical or front — without being told

Schedule

  • Full-Time, Monday–Friday
  • Occasional Saturday & Sunday availability a plus (not required)

Compensation & Perks

  • $26–$30/hr based on experience — top of market, intentionally
  • Bonus potential tied to practice performance and collections
  • Paid time off (accrual-based)
  • Real growth path — as Brush scales, leadership roles open. We build from within.
  • Work directly with the owner-doctor in a practice where your voice actually matters

Why Brush?

We pay above market because we expect above-market performance — and we want people who stay. If you're tired of being underpaid at a corporate chain that doesn't know your name, come somewhere that was built differently from day one.

Submit your resume through Indeed. Bilingual candidates with DA backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
