We are hiring both Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) and Front Desk Coordinators to join our growing team across multiple Dallas locations.

Open Roles
- Back Office – Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
- Front Office – Treatment Coordinator & Patient Services (Insurance, Check-In/Out)
What You’ll Do
RDA (Back Office):
- Assist doctor during a variety of procedures efficiently
- Take digital X-rays and chart accurately (Open Dental)
- Prepare/sterilize operatories and instruments
- Support patient education (treatment, Invisalign, etc.)
- Help drive treatment acceptance and patient experience
- Work with both adults and children
Front Desk:
- Manage schedule, phones, check-in/check-out
- Verify PPO insurance (eligibility, breakdowns, frequencies)
- Input accurate insurance details in Open Dental
- Explain benefits and patient portions clearly
- Coordinate with clinical team for smooth flow
- Support scheduling and production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
For RDA:
- Texas RDA license preferred
For Front Desk:
- 1–2+ years dental front office / insurance experience
- Strong PPO insurance knowledge

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
