The Role: We are looking for a true customer service superstar. For this role, your ability to connect with people is far more important to us than your knowledge of dental insurance. What You Will Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting families warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, expertly directing calls and answering questions with absolute professionalism.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, managing time effectively across a busy, fast-paced practice.
• Provide clear, comforting communication and translation (English/Spanish) for parents regarding their child's visit.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• 1+ years of experience in a high-level customer service, hospitality, or medical/dental front office role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in pediatric dentistry or orthodontics.
• Familiarity with dental software—but if you have the right customer service attitude and attention to detail, we will happily train you!

Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding our team for their hard work and dedication.

• Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Our Hiring Process We want to ensure a great fit for both you and our team! Our interview process includes a brief phone screening, an in-person interview, and a final paid working interview (2-4 hours) so you can experience our office workflow and culture firsthand.
