We're seeking a creative, community-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role combines content creation, community engagement, and strategic social media management—all while building meaningful connections throughout the New Caney/Cleveland and greater Houston area.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Produce high-quality photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Schedule, publish, and optimize content using social media management tools
- Write compelling captions and engage with our online community
- Appear on-camera for interviews, testimonials, and various content pieces
Community Engagement & Partnership Development
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations
- Represent our brand at events and gatherings throughout the New Caney/Cleveland area
- Schedule interviews and coordinate content capture opportunities
Event Coverage & Field Work
- Attend and document company and community events
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments and customer experiences
- Create real-time social content during events
Analytics & Strategy
- Track social media performance metrics
- Identify trends and high-performing content
- Contribute to weekly/monthly reporting
- Brainstorm new ideas for campaigns, content series, and community initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends and early mornings/evenings
- Photography/videography skills and comfortable on-camera
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred:
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Metricool, Sprout Social)

Important:
This position requires weekend availability, early morning/evening event coverage, and regular travel throughout the New Caney/Cleveland and surrounding areas.
