Position Summary:
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily transportation operations by accurately invoicing customer orders and building efficient delivery routes. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computer systems to ensure timely and accurate execution of outbound shipments.
Work Schedule:
This is a Monday to Friday position with a start time of 3:00am – completion
Key Responsibilities:

Process and generate invoices for all outgoing customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Build, schedule, and adjust delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet customer delivery requirements.

Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies before finalizing invoices and routes.

Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.

Monitor route performance and adjust assignments as needed based on volume, timing, and customer needs.

Maintain accurate records of dispatched routes, invoices, and completed deliveries.

Assist with other transportation or administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics, supply chain, or related fields preferred.

Previous dispatching, routing, or administrative experience in a warehouse, logistics, or transportation environment preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn company software systems (Omnitracs, Roadnet, ProducePro).
