Bilingual Dispatcher / Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Dispatcher/Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This job combines answering inbound client calls, outbound maintenance calls and dispatching duties, acting as the first point of contact for customers, scheduling field personnel and coordinating communication between departments, and making outbound warm calls inviting our customers to renew their yearly memberships and working off of a list of already subscribed members for scheduling.

Duties

• Manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer support.
• Schedule and dispatch service requests to appropriate service technicians.
• Make outbound calls to our customer list to invite them to purchase our preventative maintenance plan.
• Managing schedules, appointments and resources to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, service requests, and dispatch activities through data entry.
• Utilize Google Suite an Microsoft Office for documentation and communication purposes.
• Assist with clerical tasks including filing and maintaining organized records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and service needs.

Skills

• Strong phone verbal and customer service skills are essential for effective communication.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications, for documentation and scheduling tasks.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is preferred.
• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish speaking is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
