As an Early Intervention Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and families during critical developmental stages. You will be the guiding force that connects families with essential resources and services, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive. Your expertise will empower families to navigate their unique challenges, fostering a supportive environment for growth and development.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with families to create personalized intervention plans that address each child's specific needs.
  • Coordinate services across various disciplines, including Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
  • Facilitate communication between families and service providers, ensuring a seamless flow of information and services.
  • Provide education and support to families about developmental milestones and available resources.
  • Advocate for children’s needs within the community and ensure access to appropriate services.
  • Access and input referrals
  • Maintain all forms of communication with families and therapist.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Proficient in Providersoft
  • Proficient in EI HuB
  • Experience in early childhood development or related fields.
  • Knowledgable of Early Intervention rules and regulations.
  • Bilingual
