Bilingual English Teacher(Spanish-English)

PK-12 Virtual Academy (PKVA) is seeking a bilingual English teacher who is fluent in Spanish and English to provide high-quality instruction to K–12 students in a virtual learning environment. This role is ideal for an educator based in South America who is passionate about teaching English language skills and supporting diverse learners.

The teacher will deliver engaging lessons, support English language development, and work with students at varying proficiency levels. Flexible scheduling is available, with teaching hours offered in the morning or evening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live online English instruction aligned with curriculum standards
• Support reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills
• Adapt lessons for English Language Learners (ELLs)
• Communicate clearly with students and parents in English and Spanish
• Track student progress and provide feedback
• Participate in virtual meetings and training as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, English Language, Education, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience teaching K–12 students preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Comfortable using virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS)
