HR Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.
- Answer inquiries from employees in a timely manner
- Assist in benefit enrollment for employees
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Update specific records in a compliant manner
- Assist with tasks directed by Office Manager
- Perform various in-office projects as necessary
Administrative Assistant skills and qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work are essential
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email and in person
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Self motivated to complete tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Education and experience requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid driver’s license
- Be at least 18 years of age
Preferred qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
