Bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing & Sponsorship Director – Fashion & Events

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing & Sponsorship Director to lead brand growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation for the Latin Fashion Ecosystem, including:
- Latin Fashion Week
- New York Latin Fashion Week™
- Latin Fashion Awards
- Latin Fashion Federation

This is a high-impact role focused on sponsorship sales, brand visibility, and industry positioning within fashion, media, and luxury markets.

The ideal candidate is a connector, deal-closer, and strategic thinker with experience in events, fashion, media, or brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship & Revenue (Top Priority)

- Build and manage a $500K+ sponsorship pipeline
- Identify and secure partnerships with brands in beauty, fashion, luxury, automotive, and tech
- Lead outreach, meetings, negotiations, and closing of sponsorship deals

Marketing & Brand Strategy

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to position the brand as a leader in Latino fashion globally
- Oversee campaigns for NY Fashion Week activations and Latin Fashion Awards
- Drive brand visibility across social media, media, and events

Media & Partnerships

- Build relationships with press, influencers, and industry leaders
- Secure media coverage and strategic collaborations

Team Leadership

- Manage social media manager and content creators
- Ensure weekly reporting, KPI tracking, and execution

Execution & Reporting

- Maintain sponsor pipeline tracker, weekly reports, and KPI dashboards
- Deliver consistent, measurable results

Qualifications

- Bilingual: English / Spanish (required)
- 3–5+ years experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or fashion/events/media
- Proven ability to close deals, build partnerships, and generate revenue
- Strong network in fashion, beauty, or media (preferred)
- Experience with CRM tools and outreach tracking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven

Compensation

This role includes a base + performance-based compensation structure:
- Base salary (depending on experience)
- Commission on sponsorship deals (5%–10%)
- Performance bonuses based on revenue targets

Pay: $35,108.61 - $41,550.15 per year
