BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) REMOTE SALES ASSOCIATE – ENTRY LEVEL.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to join our dedicated team. This is an entry-level, full-time, and fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing our mission to provide a safe, educational, and fun environment for young people. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships and effectively communicating the value of our programmes to the community. Responsibilities


* Engage with potential partners, families, and community members via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote the organisation's programmes and initiatives.

* Clearly and persuasively communicate the mission, vision, and impact of the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso in both English and Spanish.

* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing stakeholders to support our growth.

* Achieve outreach and engagement targets to drive programme enrolment and support fundraising efforts.

* Maintain accurate and organised records of all communications and activities using our internal systems.

* Represent the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso with the highest level of professionalism and a commitment to our core values of character, leadership, and healthy lifestyles.

* Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to new outreach strategies and campaigns.


Qualifications


* Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential for this role.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the discipline to work effectively in an independent, remote setting.

* A genuine passion for our mission to empower young people to reach their full potential.

* Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

* While this is an entry-level position, any previous experience in sales, customer service, community outreach, or the non-profit sector is considered an asset.

* Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not required.
