Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual English/Spanish Medical Assistant with 1-10 years of experience in outpatient clinic to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a premiere patient-centered environment, contributing to high-quality healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) efficiently and accurately.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Preparing patients for examinations or procedures, and medication administration.
• Maintain clear communication with patients in both English and Spanish to address questions, explain procedures, and ensure understanding of treatment plans.
• Support administrative functions including phones, appointment scheduling, and managing patient flow within busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication.
• Prior experience in an outpatient medical settings.
• Phlebotomy skills are required.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and medical administrative support tasks such as intake processing and vital signs documentation is necessary.
• Must be a Team player.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
