1. Role Overview
Mercor is seeking bilingual English–Arabic language professionals to support a translation quality review project with a major AI research partner. Experts will evaluate AI-generated Arabic content for fluency, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness, with a focus on how Arabic is commonly used across the Middle East. This is a short-term, remote opportunity to influence the linguistic precision of AI systems.
2. Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate Arabic translations for fluency, clarity, and cultural accuracy

Identify mistranslations, tone inconsistencies, or awkward phrasing

Recommend improvements that reflect natural, idiomatic usage in the Middle East

Provide detailed feedback on regional language nuances and content quality

Maintain fast reading pace while ensuring high linguistic precision
3. Ideal Qualifications

Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English

Deep familiarity with Arabic as spoken in the Middle East

1+ year of experience in translation, localization, or editorial review
