Bilingual Financial Accountant (Chinese & English) Only

We’re Hiring: Bilingual Financial Accountant (Chinese & English) – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, a deep understanding of UAE financial regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 3–5 years in accounting (UAE experience required)

Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Languages: Fluency in Chinese & English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with UAE laws and IFRS standards.
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely, accurate postings.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure full compliance with VAT regulations; prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Monitor and control company expenses in line with budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Assist in payroll processing and expense reimbursements.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• 3–5 years of proven accounting experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Fluency in Chinese & English (mandatory requirement).
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.
