Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Manage payment transactions and maintain guest accounts
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
Skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are required
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous
- Must be willing to work in weekend
