Are you friendly, organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping families? We are looking for a bilingual (English/Korean) Front Office & Clinical Assistant to join our growing pediatric practice.

At Grace Pediatrics, we are known throughout the community for our kindness, warmth, and exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who shares those values and wants to help us continue providing an outstanding experience for every child and family who walks through our doors.

This position is ideal for someone taking a gap year before medical school, PA school, nursing school, or another healthcare career. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a pediatric medical practice while working closely with a board-certified pediatrician.

Responsibilities

Front Office Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Relay messages to the physician
  • Explain our practice model and services to prospective families
  • Obtain medical records and coordinate referrals
  • Prepare medical forms and documents as needed
  • Check patients in and assist with administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

Clinical Support Duties

  • Measure vital signs and assist with patient intake
  • Manage vaccine inventory and supplies
  • Assist with daily clinic operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Korean (spoken)
  • Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with families
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, positive, and energetic personality
  • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients throughout the day
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred

  • Ability to read and write Korean
  • Previous customer service, medical office, or healthcare experience
  • Interest in medicine, PA, or nursing
