Bilingual Front Office/Marketing Representative

We’re looking for someone professional, confident, and personable, with a strong sense of presentation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and helping bring new business through the door.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and managing front office operations
• Assisting with marketing efforts and outreach
• Engaging with prospects and helping generate new quotes
• Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
• Actively going out into the community to promote the agency, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities

Additional expectations:

• Adherence to a professional dress code, including a polished and business-appropriate appearance during working hours

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
