Bilingual Full-Time Remote Assistant - Permitting Expertise Required

We are looking for a Full-Time Remote Assistant to join our team. If you have experience in permitting and are passionate about helping clients navigate the process, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing and managing permit applications remotely
  • Research local, state, and federal regulations related to permitting
  • Help track deadlines, organize paperwork, and maintain permit files
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary documents for permit submissions
  • Coordinate with local authorities to ensure all required permits are acquired
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the permitting process
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office management tools
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Must have access to a car for occasional in-person meetings or errands related to the permitting process

Compensation:

Starting at $15 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
