Bilingual Greeter/Customer Service Host

Join Carrillo Funeral Home Team of funeral home Greeters and hosts for funeral services for Dallas and Grand Prairie Locations. The ideal candidate will provide respectful support to grieving families, maintain professionalism at all times, and help ensure services run smoothly and with dignity. Job responsibilities include the assistance to get facility ready for funeral viewings and services; welcome family and guests to funeral home, direct them to appropriate chapel, services and address any needs or questions they might have; completing and ending the viewings and services in collaboration with funeral director(s) and getting the funeral home back into place. Requirements: Must be bilingual (spanish)l, must have high level of professionalism, comfortable in public speaking, dependable, excellent customer service skills and compassionate. Must be flexible to adjust to different shifts that aligns with funeral services and have reliable transportation. Apply ONLY if you meet all requirements and speak Spanish fluently.
