About the Role

Insurance Professionals USA is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Health Insurance Sales Producer (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This full‑time, W‑2 role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who values stability, strong benefits, and consistent hours—while still enjoying the rewards of sales.

You will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand and enroll in health insurance coverage that meets their needs. During Open Enrollment, extended hours are required, and all overtime is recognized and paid.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service individual health insurance plans
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish
• Educate clients on coverage options, eligibility, and plan benefits
• Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations
• Accurately document client interactions and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with internal team members to provide a smooth client experience

Qualifications

• Active health insurance license (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Sales experience preferred; health insurance experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and goal‑oriented
• Willingness to work extended hours seasonally during Open Enrollment

Pay: $41,600.00 - $50,000.00 per year
