Bilingual Hospitality Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter needed......

Job description:

Duties:

Ability to recruit and fill open job orders in a timely manner with the resources of

job ads, referrals, facebook etc.

Ability to build a reliable staff pool of servers, bartenders, cooks etc. to service the all job orders daily.

Knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Word, basic computer skills, Staff management systems

Must speak (Spanish/English)

Data entry

DESCRIPTION:

MUST BE ABLE TO MUTI-TASK .......

Ability to on board staff in payroll system with (w-2, I-9) , etc

MIN. 1-YR..... Staffing agency experience or Service equivalent

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for hospitality roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in both English and Spanish.
• Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies through social media management, cold calling, and relationship management to generate leads and build a robust talent pool.
