Bilingual Housekeeper and Nanny/Personal assistant

We are seeking a reliable and efficient, bilingual and exceptional Housekeeper/House Manager to join our busy professional household. We emphasize that we are not looking for a cleaning company; rather, we seek an individual who can help manage the household, maintain cleanliness, and assist with organization.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about caring for children while maintaining a well-organized and clean household. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the home, supporting the family’s needs with enthusiasm and professionalism. This job allows for a part time schedule, with 6 morning hours of work – 4/days a week. Hours are 9-2. We do not allow for other children to come to the job with employee.

Duties

• Perform general housekeeping duties daily including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, changing sheets, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas.
• Organize and maintain household spaces, ensuring everything is in its proper place.
• Prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks based on household needs.
• Handle each task with care, recognizing their value and importance to the household.
• In part of the workday, provide attentive childcare for 1 child, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met in allotted time daily. engage child in educational activities, outdoor playtime, and age-appropriate teaching to foster growth and curiosity.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary requirements during the day, and complete meal planning, weekly meal prep and cooking for family.
• Assist with daily routines such as dressing, playtime & crafts to ensure consistency and comfort for the child as needed.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
• One day a week requires a complete deep cleaning of house, along with completing any remaining meal prep needed. This day will be dedicated to these two projects entirely and will not include Nanny services.
• Offer personal assistance to the family by handling errands, shopping, or other administrative tasks that help streamline daily life.

Experience

• Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
• Strong housekeeping skills and experience with household management, cleaning routines and meal preparation for families are essential and vital to this role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• · Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Proven experience working as a nanny or caregiver with children of various ages; preschool experience is highly desirable.

Pay: $500.00 per week
