Role Overview
As the Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant, you will support HR operations, with hands-on work in recruitment, candidate processing, orientations, time & attendance tracking, and front desk duties. You’ll contribute to making HR efficient, friendly, and aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, post, and manage job advertisements (English & Spanish) for various roles
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring proper documentation and process adherence
- Maintain attendance tracking and generate reporting (tardiness, absence, trends)
- Operate and manage Paychex Flex Time & Attendance software
- Use Excel to produce HR reports
- Assist in general HR administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Provide front desk support: greet visitors, answer/transfer calls, manage mail, assist walk-ins
- Handle confidential and sensitive HR information with discretion
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual: Fluent (verbal & written) in English and Spanish
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in recruiting, HR admin, or related role
- Technical skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, vlookups, data analysis)
- Experience using Paychex Flex or comparable time & attendance / HR software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Professionalism at the front desk and when interacting with internal stakeholders
- High attention to detail; ability to manage confidential information
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications
- Experience in technology, electronics, or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of hiring compliance, labor laws, or HR best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
