Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Overseas Warehouse operations. This role focuses on administrative HR tasks, employee coordination, and daily support work. Prior HR experience is helpful but not required; we value responsibility, communication skills, and a positive work attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment for overseas warehouse positions, including resume screening and initial candidate screening
- Communicate with employees to understand staffing needs and employee-related requests
- Support employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks for overseas warehouse operations, including:
- Maintaining spreadsheets and basic data entry
- Following up on exception cases and issue items
- Providing general administrative and coordination support
Requirements
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken and written) — required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
- proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- HR or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
