We are hiring a Human Resource Generalist to lead hiring initiatives and manage internal HR functions for our office team.

Job Description:
The HR Specialist will lead recruitment and manage internal HR operations to ensure a productive, engaged, and supported team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the team.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and support managers in HR matters.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR systems and assist with payroll coordination.
• Support performance management, training, and professional growth initiatives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive office culture.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, talent management, or people operations.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in tech, creative, or agency environments.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international HR practices.
• Experience scaling HR operations in growing organizations.
