We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment where you’ll support the full employee lifecycle and help create an exceptional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientations, ensuring a seamless experience for incoming team members
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records in Paylocity
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, including answering HR-related questions
  • Assist with workers’ compensation claim administration and follow-up
  • Translate HR communications, policies, and training materials into Spanish when needed
  • Help coordinate employee engagement programs, compliance training, and record-keeping for audits

Requirements:
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English required
  • Hospitality or service industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or other HRIS/payroll systems required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
