Westlake Village Inn is a premier hospitality destination offering exceptional service across multiple outlets, including hotel, spa, restaurants, and event spaces. We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment where you’ll support the full employee lifecycle and help create an exceptional workplace culture.

Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and candidate communication

Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientations, ensuring a seamless experience for incoming team members

Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records in Paylocity

Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, including answering HR-related questions

Assist with workers’ compensation claim administration and follow-up

Translate HR communications, policies, and training materials into Spanish when needed
Help coordinate employee engagement programs, compliance training, and record-keeping for audits

Requirements:
- Bilingual – Spanish/English required

Hospitality or service industry experience preferred

Familiarity with Paylocity or other HRIS/payroll systems required
