Advertised Position: Bilingual Human Trafficking Case Manager

Position Summary: The Bilingual Human Trafficking Case Manager (BCM) .will provide culturally and linguistically appropriate, trauma-informed case management and crisis intervention services to foreign national minor and adult human trafficking victim/survivors. The BCM will primarily provide case management services through The Dragonfly Home Crisis Center and in the community as needed.

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay: $17.35-$18.00

Experience Required/Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred; a minimum of 2 years’ experience in human services, social work, mental health, substance abuse; or
• 2-4 years of experience working in human trafficking or domestic violence victim advocacy or crime victim education preferred
• Spanish/English bilingual required
• Case management experience preferred
• Flexibility; ability to accommodate need for crisis intervention, victim advocacy after normal working hours
• Critical thinking, problem solving skills, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to establish rapport with a culturally diverse population 
• Strong administrative, documentation skills
• Must pass background check, have a valid state driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.35 - $18.00 per hour
