Responsibilities:

• Present and sell auto, home, renters, GL and commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous way
• Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
• Market with local complimentary businesses to build relationships that help the company grow

Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual with excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Spanish
• Not required but Preferred Licensed agents
• Previous experience, customer service, or other related fields
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Great time management and punctuality
• Reliable form of transportation
• Willing to travel at times to DFW locations
