CSR Pay Range: $13.00 – $14.00+ per hour
Licensed Agent Earning Potential: $43,000 – $70,000+ annually

What You Will Do:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR):

• Provide outstanding service to new and existing customers
• Assist customers with account setup, questions, and service needs
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Maintain proper documentation and data entry in company systems
• Deliver excellent in-person and phone customer service
• Handle daily office administrative responsibilities
• Support the sales team to achieve office production goals
• Learn insurance products, systems, and processes

After Promotion to Licensed Insurance Agent:

• Quote and sell insurance policies
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet sales and performance goals

The Perfect Match:

• Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish preferred
• Customer service or sales experience preferred, not required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated to grow into a licensed Insurance Agent role
