Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Rep

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in both English and another language. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and the second language.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records of customer communications.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills are a plus, with the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
  • Proficiency in office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the second language are required.
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in cash handling is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
