Compensation & Advancement

Base Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Additional Earnings: Commissions and performance-based bonuses
Estimated Annual Earnings: $40,000–$75,000+ for top performers (not guaranteed; depends on individual performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service in person and by phone
• Quote, sell, and service auto and related insurance products
• Educate clients on coverage options and build long-term relationships
• Meet or exceed individual sales and service goals
• Support office marketing and community outreach efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (business necessity for client base)
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to work scheduled business hours including Saturdays

Work Schedule & Availability

Candidates must be available for full-time scheduling within:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Occasionally by appointment or business need

Schedules are assigned based on business demand and may vary.

Compliance & Employment Terms

This position is non-exempt hourly and eligible for overtime in accordance with California law.

Compensation range reflects the company’s good-faith pay scale for this position in California. Final pay offered will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Employment is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, as permitted by law.
