Bilingual Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) – Case Management

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Intake Specialist needed for a fast-paced intake role.

You’ll handle calls, collect information, and guide each case from intake to completion with full ownership.

About the Role:

This is a high-volume intake and case coordination role for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable speaking with people all day.

You’ll be the first point of contact for applicants, gathering information, determining eligibility, and moving each case forward through a structured process. This role requires strong follow-up, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases at once.

What You’ll Do:

Intake & Customer Communication:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with applicants
• Conduct intake screenings and collect required information
• Ask clear, professional, and sensitive questions
• Guide applicants through next steps in the process

Case Management & Coordination:

• Manage cases from intake through completion
• Track progress and follow up consistently
• Work with internal teams to move cases forward
• Ensure no case is left incomplete or delayed

Data Entry & Documentation:

• Enter and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Ensure all files are complete and organized
• Identify missing information and resolve quickly

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling sensitive information
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsive, and accountable

Preferred (Not Required)

• Customer service, call center, or intake experience
• Case management or administrative background
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, or social services

Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year

Work Location: In person
