Bilingual Kindergarten Teacher

Job Summary:

Educational Solutions is seeking a passionate, caring, and highly effective Kindergarten Teacher to join our elementary team. The Kindergarten Teacher will create a nurturing classroom community that supports academic, social, and emotional development aligned with Ohio Learning Standards and the Science of Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Deliver standards-aligned instruction in literacy, math, science, and social studies
• Utilize structured literacy practices and phonics-based instruction in alignment with the Science of Reading
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including English Learners and students with IEPs
• Build strong relationships with students and families to support learning at home and school
• Administer and use formative and benchmark assessments to guide instruction
• Collaborate with grade-level team, intervention staff, and school leadership to support student growth
• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, progress reports, and parent communication
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
• Valid Ohio teaching license (P-3 or K–5)
• Knowledge of early literacy and numeracy development
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and high expectations for all learners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching in an early childhood or kindergarten setting
• Familiarity with Ohio’s Early Learning Standards and Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA)
• Training in Science of Reading-aligned curricula and instructional practices
