Position No. 1

Job Title: Bilingual (Korean) Logistic Operation Staff

Working Location: 17785 Center Court Dr., Cerritos, CA 90703 (Onsite)

Contract Period: 6 Months + Extension

Work Hours: 08:30 ~ 17:30 (subject to changed)

Note: Must be Bilingual Korean/English

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in logistics operations (import/export/trucking, etc.)
• Preferred 1+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean/Air Carrier) but not required
• Warehouse (WMS) experience preferred
• Strong Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint preparation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively
• Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
• Strong work ethic
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Position No. 2

Job Title: Logistics Billing and Settlement Staff

Contract Duration: 1+ Year

Working Location: 3 MacArthur Pl, Santa Ana, CA 92707 (Onsite)

Work Hours: 08:30am ~ 17:30pm (subject to changed)

Note: Must be Bilingual Korean/English

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual is highly preferred (English/Korean)
• Experience in AR &AP, Invoicing, Customer Service or Transportation/Logistics related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to quickly grasp situations to make decisions to ensure problems are resolved and corrected
• Effective written and verbal communications skills to communicate with various levels of the organization
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office applications PowerPoint, Word
• Proficient with Excel, especially v-lookups and pivot tables
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
