WMS ABAP Developer – SAP WMS Functional & GUI Development Focus
Work Location and Hours
- Location: Remote (US Pacific Time prefer)
- Contract Period: ASAP - Based on project schedule
- Working Hours: US Pacific Time Zone (09:00 ~ 18:00)
Responsibilities
- Gathering & designing of technical requirements and specifications for the automatic warehouse integration
- Analyzing/Implementing technical requirements for integrating SAP WMS and Warehouse Execution system (WES)
- Design and develop SAP GUI-based applications to support SAP WMS operations
- Implement and maintain RFCs for internal SAP WMS functional modules
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of WMS-related programs
- Development and Testing
- Training and handover to the system operation team
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP development within SAP SD/LE environment (Must Have)
- Proficient in creating and managing RFCs for internal SAP module communication (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience with ALE/EDI for cross-application IDoc transfer and system integration (Must Have)
- Proficient in interfacing standard and custom User Exits and BAPIs across distributed systems (Must Have)
- Skilled in SAP GUI-based screen programming and ALV reporting (Must Have)
Preferred Skills
- Extensive experience in SAPscript and Smart Forms development, including shipping labels, picking/packing slips, and delivery invoices
- Solid understanding of SAP SD/LE/WM business processes, including warehouse operations and logistics execution
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (WES, WCS, RCS etc.) and participate in technical design reviews and implementation planning
- Experience with OData-based API integration, especially in connecting SAP WMS with external systems (e.g., WES) via IDoc/RFC and XML
- Bilingual (Korean/English) is required.
Pay: $130,000.00 per year
