Bilingual Lead Preschool Teacher (Ages 3–4)

Beverly Buddie & Me Preschool is a Christian-based preschool serving children ages 2–5. We provide a warm, family-like environment and a multicultural, hands-on curriculum. We are urgently hiring a teacher for our Ages 3–4 classroom.

We would love to welcome a Korean & English bilingual teacher who can support our children and families through language, culture, and caring communication. (Applicants who are not bilingual are still welcome to apply.)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a nurturing classroom for children ages 3–4
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons, activities, and routines
• Support children’s social-emotional growth with positive guidance
• Communicate warmly and professionally with families (Korean/English bilingual support is a plus)
• Ensure children’s safety and follow all childcare licensing regulations
• Work closely with the teaching team to maintain a respectful, supportive environment

Qualifications

• Korean & English bilingual strongly preferred (open to other applicants)
• Preschool/childcare experience preferred (minimum 2 years is a plus)
• Lead Teacher: Minimum 12 ECE units (or qualified per licensing requirements)
• ECE units preferred (or willingness to enroll)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Warm, dependable, and team-oriented with a genuine love for children

• Schedule: MON-FRI
• Position: Full-time
