Duties
- Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively and employing best practices in behavior management and classroom management strategies.
- Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental milestones and collaborating with specialists to tailor instruction for children with special education needs.
- Plan engaging lessons that promote childhood development, social skills, and academic readiness while integrating bilingual instruction to enhance language acquisition.
- Foster strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to child welfare and educational success.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress through assessments and standardized testing results; utilize data to inform instructional adjustments.
- Lead classroom activities that promote physical activity, social-emotional learning, and cognitive development in a safe and nurturing environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching physical education or tutoring.
