Bilingual Leasing Agent (1 Year Experience Required)

IMMEDIATELY HIRING! We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join a great team. 1-2 years of experience required. Knowledge of Onsite software preferred. Receive Lease Bonuses, Renewal Bonuses and Occupancy Bonuses. 300 Units.

Leasing Agent Key Responsibilities:

Presenting apartments, houses, or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.

• Promoting unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
• Evaluating clients’ requirements and financial capability to make personalized presentations.
• Providing accurate information on the different features of properties.
• Validating application information and references.
• Reviewing and completing lease agreements.
• Inspecting show units.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• Must have 1+ year of experience

Leasing Agent Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Leasing Agent.
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
• Proven track record of successful sales.
• Basic understanding of MS Office.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques.
• Customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
