Bilingual Leasing Agent

The Leasing Consultant is directly responsible for the leasing of apartments. In addition, the Leasing Consultant will develop and improve in the skills and knowledge of resident relations and leasing, keep abreast of Fair Housing guidelines and follow accordingly. The Leasing Consultant must effectively utilize sales skills to achieve and maintain optimum occupancy via the leasing of units and renewal of existing leases. The Leasing Consultant must comply with established company philosophies, policies and procedures - this is essential for complete and continued success.
The Leasing Consultant must exhibit loyalty, honesty, moral integrity and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the leasing process by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Conduct property showings and facilitate negotiations to secure leases.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant applications and leasing agreements using property management software.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive relationships.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure the upkeep of properties and assist in conflict resolution when necessary.
