ARETE REAL ESTATE LLC is building an in-house property management platform to support a growing portfolio. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Agent who operates like a sales professional, takes ownership of performance, and is willing to go the extra mile to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
This is not a typical leasing role. We are looking for someone competitive, responsive, and committed to helping people while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound leasing inquiries (calls, texts, online leads)
- Schedule and conduct property showings (including evenings and weekends)
- Convert prospects into signed leases
- Follow up consistently with prospects to drive occupancy
- Assist with marketing efforts and outreach strategies
- Maintain strong communication with prospects and residents (English/Spanish)
- Coordinate with Property Manager on availability and pricing strategy
- Ensure accurate application processing and screening coordination
- Support resident onboarding and move-ins
- Contribute to overall resident satisfaction and retention
Schedule Expectations
- Availability 7 days a week as needed to support leasing demand
- Willingness to take calls and conduct showings after hours
- Flexible schedule aligned with leasing activity and occupancy goals
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum 1–2+ years experience in leasing, sales, or customer-facing role
- Sales background strongly preferred
- Proven ability to close and convert leads
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly responsive and dependable
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends (as needed)
- Tech-savvy and able to manage leads through CRM/property management systems

Compensation
- Base Pay: $40,000 – $55,000 (DOE)
