Bilingual Leasing Consultant/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and provide them with property tours
- Assist prospective residents with the application process and lease agreements
- Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions
- Market available units through various advertising platforms
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure occupancy goals are met

Requirements:
- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations
- Experience using property management software such as Appfoilo
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and negotiate lease terms
- Familiarity with facilities management and maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in real estate administration or leasing is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism at all times

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
