Bilingual Leasing Specialist

• Conduct property tours for prospective renters, highlighting available units and community amenities.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into tenants.
• Screen applicants by performing background checks, credit checks, and verifying qualifications in accordance with property standards.
• Prepare and execute leasing documents, ensuring compliance with all regulations and property policies.
• Collect rent payments, security deposits, and application fees accurately and on time.
• Communicate updates to residents regarding lease agreements, policy changes, and property maintenance issues.
• Foster strong relationships with current tenants by providing personalized and responsive service.
• Monitor and maintain community facilities, including fitness centers, mailrooms, and laundry areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Off property marketing
